The Elite Third Party Intervention service starts as soon as liability has been established. The client passes the information on the non-fault Third Party to Elite; contact is then made in order to 'capture' the Third Party and run the insurance claim.
Communication with the Third Party uses a combination of telephone (including multi-calling during and outside of core hours, 6 days a week), email, fax and letter where appropriate.
Elite staff are specially trained in the skills required to sell this service.
