- He has over 25 years' business experience, including 15 years in Board level leadership roles, within the insurance, financial services and travel industries.

Clive Rolfe - Accident Management Director
- Joining Elite Incident Management Ltd in 2001, Clive Rolfe brings over 40 years’ experience in the motor industry to Elite.
- At Elite Clive oversees the delivery of high quality service to all Elite customers.
- His technical and industry expertise ensures a broad understanding of customer needs, which enhances Elite’s offer and, with Elite’s dedicated team, delivers outstanding customer savings.
Julian Welch - Sales Director
- Joining Elite in 2009, Julian brings a wealth of experience within the insurance and general automotive sector.
- Julian's industry experience and qualifications have resulted in major wins for Elite's sales department.
- He understands that working with our clients to deliver the highest standards of customer service is essential and will continue to build on our success and develop our business relationships.
Ken Lane - Head of Business Development
- Ken joined us in 2009 and has over 40 years of experience in the motor industry.
- He previously worked with the Perry Group in a number of senior positions, including Managing Director of Nationwide Crash Repair Centres.
- Ken brings a wealth of industry experience and is driving the business ahead to deliver excellent customer benefits.
David Yardley - Fleet Business Manager
- David joined us in 2008 with the role of winning more fleet business for Elite.
- He has 14 years' experience within the accident management industry.
- David is focused on building strong and robust relationships within the fleet industry, as we see this as a key area for our growing business.
Jon Crawley - Claims Manager
- Jon has 9 years experience within the Insurance & Financial Services sectors with over 7 years in management / leadership roles.
- Jon is responsible for the delivery of day-to-day operations and works closely with our clients, teams and the IT system to ensure we are proactive and exceed expectations.
