Elite's UK based Service Centre operates 24x7, 365 days a year, with advisors trained to be pro-active in identifying the needs of every driver from establishing liability for uninsured loss recovery and third party capture purposes, through to identifying specialist vehicle information to enable fast and effective deployment of damaged vehicles into Elite's repairer network to minimise downtime.

Replacement Vehicles

Advisors also arrange for a replacement vehicle to be delivered to the destination of the driver's choice and immediate onward travel for the driver, if required.

First Class Service

Elite prides itself on its first class service and reputation for client care and unrivalled efficiency. We do not apply caller display times and instead encourage our advisors to spend time re-assuring distressed drivers and checking they are safe while organising immediate assistance, recovery and replacement vehicles to get them back on the road.
