Accidental damage intervention


  • Service useful if AD fault repairs by own Insurer network are less than 65%.
  • Designed to increase ‘own network’ repairs, and control non network repairs.
  • The Insurer receives FNOL call, establishes liability, and tries to sell the benefits of their own repair network.
  • In unsuccessful cases Elite calls customer as the Insurers’ Independent repair authorisation process.
  • Elite reconfirms liability for the incident, and if it is fault (or Non fault with insufficient TP details to make a recovery) we will continue the call with the objective of gaining control of the repair by successfully:
    • Reselling the Insurer Repair network.
    • Selling the Elite Repair network.
    • Controlling the costs in non-network cases.
