JOIN THE REPAIRER NETWORK

As one of the largest, single, work providers to the UK bodyshop industry, managing hundreds of repairs per week, Elite is interested in quality repairers who can provide high and consistent levels of customer care, service and repair quality.

When considering new members for its Repairer Networks, Elite operates a strict selection process that requires Repairers to be able to meet certain criteria. An example is given below for Car and LCV repairers:

• Use, and maintain, ‘Audaenterprise' estimating system with Image
• Use Elite's web based portal for repair progress tracking.
• Be prepared to carry out purely mechanical work e.g. Insurance claims for flood damaged engines.
• Give 5% parts discount on all vehicles where available.
• Give a bottom line invoice discount.
• Offer free collection and delivery within an agreed area.
• Offer collection of immobile vehicles within 24 hours of notification.
• Offer collection of mobile vehicles within 7 days of notification.
• Be prepared to carry out mobile estimating in some instances.
• Maintain Membership of the RMI, VBRA or SMTA.
• Offer repair of fleet vehicles subject to terms and conditions of the particular fleet.
