- If only a registration number is available, Elite will obtain details of ownership from either DVLA. We will also contact the clients insurers regarding MID enquiry to establish insurance details.
- At the same time, evidence such as Witness Statements is requested.
- If unknown, Elite seeks to establish the Third Party's insurer details.
- Provision will be made for solicitors to manage any personal injury claims on behalf of the driver.

- We will seek additional evidence such as Police Reports, Locus Report, and the use of video images of the vehicle damage to support the driver's allegations, as necessary.

response.
- Elite will ‘progress chase' by telephone, albeit auto-generated chase letters will be used to complement this process.
- Requests from Insurers are logged and responded to within 3 working days of receipt – responses being auto-faxed where possible.
- Systematically reviewing cases and telephone chasing insurers in this manner we believe reduces settlement times significantly.
